How often do you run your live in person auctions?
We aim to host at least one auction every month, and we’ve decided to make it the third Thursday of each month.
What is your buyer’s premium?
The buyer’s premium is at an industry standard of 15%.
What is your seller’s premium?
The seller’s premium or consigner’s premium is also at an industry standard of 30%.

At what time do you usually start your auctions and previews?
Auctions typically commence at 5:00 PM, while in-person previews begin at 2:00 PM on the day of the auction.

Step by step guide for participating in an auction
Research the Auction:
Identify what type of auction we are conducting. (e.g., art, real estate, antiques, military, coins, collectables, etc. ).

Understand the Rules:
Review the auction house’s website or contact them directly to understand the rules and procedures.
Note any registration deadlines, fees, and payment terms.
Visit a Preview:
Attend any available preview sessions to inspect the items you are interested in personally We normally start this online and then in person the day of starting at 2pm.
Ask auction house staff questions about items.
Register for the Auction:
Sign-in at our on-site location as specified by the auction house.
Provide necessary identification, such as a driver’s license or passport.
You may be required to provide payment information upfront (e.g., credit card details or a deposit).
Receive a Bidder Number:
Once registered, you will receive a bidder number, which you will use to place bids during the auction.
Set a Budget:
Determine how much you are willing to spend in total and on specific items.
Consider additional costs such as a buyer’s premium, taxes, and shipping.
Attend the Auction:
Arrive early to find a seat and get comfortable with the auction environment if it’s in-person.
Online auctions might require logging in at a specific time.
Pay Attention:
Listen carefully to the auctioneer and their assistants.
Note the current bid amount and increments at which bids are increasing.
Place Your Bid:
When you wish to bid on an item, raise your bidder card, nod, or give a clear signal to the auctioneer.
In an online auction, simply click the bid button at your desired price.
Don’t Bid Beyond Your Limit:
Stick to your budget even if you’re caught up in the excitement.
Confirm Your Purchase:
Wait for the auctioneer to confirm that you are the winning bidder.
Take note of the final hammer price and any additional fees that will be added to your total.
Payment:
Pay for your items according to the auction house’s terms.
This could involve immediate payment, a deposit, or waiting for an invoice.
Collect Your Items:
